Application Notes

You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP

You may use the machine as a dry pressing to order pressing die

Warning

Never let the press hold the target pressure be longer than 8 minutes,

It's normal that the target pressure decreases a little bit during the pressure holding time, so never press the red nor the green button in this period.

Pressure must be completely released first, then make sure the hand wheel and the pressure release valve has been tightened before pressing

Do not raise the bottom cylinder (piston) more than it's maximum traveling distance. (20mm)

is een CE-gecertificeerd en de kleinste koude isostatische persing (CIP) ter wereld. Het heeft een hydraulische kamer met een binnendiameter van 22 mm, gemaakt van een ultrasterke legering, die een isostatische druk tot 300 Mpa kan leveren via een hydraulische pers van 15T. Het is een uitstekend hulpmiddel om samengestelde pellets met een hoge dichtheid en een staaf met een kleine diameter te bereiden. CIP-15 heeft een kleine footprint en kan in een handschoenenkastje worden geplaatst om luchtgevoelige materialen voor te bereiden. Een kunststof beschermhoes wordt meegeleverd.
