De Advanced Quality One Step Malaria (Pf/Pv) Tri-line Test is een twee-site sandwich-immunoassay waarbij volbloed wordt gebruikt voor de detectie van P. falciparum specifiek histidine-rijk eiwit-II (Pf.HRP-II) en P. vivax specifieke pLDH. De test kan ook worden gebruikt voor specifieke detectie en differentiatie van P. falciparum en P. vivax malaria.
